Payment and Return Policies

Payment Procedures for Buyers:

Cash:

Cash in any amount is accepted, but I must file an IRS form 8300 for all transactions over $10,000. Sorry, no exceptions.

Cashiers Check:

ID must be checked
I must call the issuing bank to verify authenticity
No overpayments accepted
$2500 maximum for first time customers
No out-of-state checks

Wire:

Wire must fully clear, call ahead if necessary and I can hold the metal
$25 discount to cover wire fees on purchases over $5,000

Bitcoin:

Under $2500

Minimum 1 confirmation or use lightning network

Over $2500

Keep copy of ID and Phone #
Minimum 3 confirmations or use lightning network
No payments over $10,000

Policies for Sellers:

To prevent the purchase or sale of stolen goods, I must collect the
following information from all sellers:

Name and Address
Scan of drivers license
Signature acknowledging ownership/right to sell

Refunds

Bullion:

All sales on bullion are final, but I am more than happy to retest any gold and silver when you buy it so that you can see it is authentic.

Numismatic Coins:

Numismatic coins may be returned within 7 calendar days if returned in the same condition as sold. Any alteration, cleaning, damage, or change in condition voids the return privilege.
Returns do not apply to changes in market value after purchase.
BB’s Bullion does not guarantee the future market value or grade of third-party certified, or loose coins.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if coin was purchased and returned online.

Authenticity Guarantee

BB’s Bullion guarantees that all numismatic coins sold are authentic unless otherwise disclosed. If a coin is determined to be counterfeit by a recognized third-party grading service, qualified numismatist, or other mutually agreed-upon expert, BB’s Bullion will provide a full refund of the purchase price upon return of the coin.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
